1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RunKey.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual developers, teams, and organizations using RunKey to publish, manage, and run GPU templates.
2. Account & Access
You must create an account and provide accurate information to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, template configurations, and any access granted to your team members.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Template Review & Approval
Before a template is made publicly callable or activated for production use, RunKey may review the template, its configuration, related landing pages, and the way the product is presented to users.
To pass review, your product and template submission should be complete, accessible, and accurately described. RunKey must be able to understand what your template does, how end users interact with it, and what kind of outputs it generates.
We may request revisions, reject a submission, or require re-review if your template, website, or account information is incomplete, misleading, inaccessible, or inconsistent with these terms.
4. Product Transparency Requirements
You agree to present your product and templates clearly and honestly. This includes:
- Providing accurate descriptions of what your template does and how it is used
- Displaying pricing in a way that is clear and easy for customers to find
- Maintaining accessible Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages on your website
- Not using fake reviews, false claims, inflated usage metrics, or misleading badges
- Not presenting third-party model providers, brands, or capabilities in a deceptive way
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Workloads
You may not use RunKey for unlawful, deceptive, or high-risk activities, including:
- Content or templates that violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Unauthorized access, interference, abuse, or disruption of the platform or its infrastructure
- Fraudulent, misleading, or malicious use cases
- NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content
- Deepfake, face-swap, impersonation, or manipulation tools used for deceptive or harmful purposes
- Content or models for which you do not hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions
6. Safety, Moderation & Template Responsibility
You are responsible for the templates you upload, the prompts or inputs you accept, and the outputs your application returns to end users.
If your product involves generated image, video, audio, or text outputs, you must maintain reasonable safeguards to reduce prohibited, unsafe, infringing, or abusive usage. RunKey may suspend or remove templates that present elevated content safety, fraud, or compliance risk.
7. Billing & Credits
RunKey uses prepaid credits. Credits are purchased through one-time payments and do not require a subscription. For approved templates, RunKey may set per-unit billing rates (one unit equals 60 seconds of GPU time) and a max execution timeout. Successful tasks consume credits based on GPU execution time billed in 60-second units, rounded up to the next unit; failed tasks do not consume credits.
Purchased credits do not expire and may be used until exhausted. At this time, purchases are non-refundable. Pricing, template availability, and credit requirements may change from time to time.
8. Customer Support & Contactability
You are responsible for maintaining a reachable support channel for your users when distributing templates or products built on RunKey.
RunKey may require visible support contact information, consistent account information, and prompt responses to platform, compliance, billing, or abuse-related inquiries in order to maintain account standing.
9. Service Level
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Enterprise plans may include custom SLA agreements with guaranteed uptime commitments.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your data, template content, and outputs generated through the Service, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. RunKey.ai retains all rights to the Service, its technology, branding, and documentation. We do not claim ownership over your templates solely because they are uploaded to the platform.
11. Suspension, Re-Review & Termination
We may suspend access, limit functionality, require re-review, reject templates, or terminate accounts if we believe your use of the Service violates these terms, creates compliance or fraud risk, or harms the integrity of the platform.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. After termination, we may retain limited records as required for legal, security, billing, or operational purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunKey.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
